The perpetrator who was arrested had the initials HO als CH (41), an entrepreneur by profession, a resident of Suka Bhakti Village, Aji Baru Building District, Tulang Bawang Regency.

When the portal was opened and was about to be taken by PT SIP employees, the perpetrators found out about this and hindered the journey while the perpetrators threatened PT SIP employees.

Due to the threat made by this perpetrator, PT SIP employees were afraid, then returned the portal, then reported the incident they experienced to the Tulang Bawang Police Headquarters.
Armed with a report from the victim, our officers conducted an investigation to find out the whereabouts of the perpetrator. Thanks to the tenacity and persistence of officers in the field, the perpetrator was finally caught.
Kasat added that when he was about to be arrested, the perpetrator was angry and had time to fight against the officers. The perpetrator is also known to have committed theft in the plantation area of PT Huma Indah Mekar (HIM) between 2018-2019.
The perpetrator is currently detained at the Tulang Bawang Police Headquarters and subject to Article 335 of the Criminal Code concerning threats and unpleasant acts. (*)
